October 27, 1929 – March 16, 2018

Passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Lucretia (Lucy) Dalton, aged 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Cecil (1997); her parents William and Ethel Boone; siblings Major WM. (Gladys), Edith (Archibald) Clarke, Doris, Aletha (William) Mercer and her daughter Fern; her in-laws Theresa Hawco, Thomas Dalton, Ida Bennett and Nellie Keough. Leaving with Wonderful memories are her brothers Roy (Bride) and Ralph (Hilda); sister Audrey (George) Hussey; also left with Happy memories are her two granddaughters Alexis Doucette and Jennifer Butt; three great grandchildren; sister-in-law Geraldine Kielley (Bernard, deceased) as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors especially Loretta Slaney and Phil McCarthy for their kindness. Cremation has taken place. No visitation by request. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 10 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted (Especially roses which were her favourite flower) or a donation may be made in her memory to a charity of one’s choice.
