Lucille Aline Lawson
1926-2018
Lucille Aline Lawson, 92, of Woodstock NB passed away on
Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Carleton Manor Nursing Home
Woodstock NB.
Lucille was born in The Pas, Manitoba February
28th 1926. She was the daughter of the late
Ulily Paul and Theodore Dupas. She had a sister, Anita and
four brothers Raymond, Armand, Gerry and Amay.
Lucille completed up to Grade 10 and then finished her
education by correspondence school in Trenton, Ontario. She worked for
20 years at the Calgary School Board.
Lucille married Bill Lawson and the couple had one son, Bill
and adopted another boy, Joseph.
Lucille loved to paint and play the piano and she was a very
social person in her earlier days and was very devoted to her faith
which was Roman Catholic. If you caught Lucille at the right
moment you would be blessed to experience her great wit, which she did
not display to everyone, but if you won her heart you got to
experience it.
She will be missed by those who dearly loved her and her
special friends at The Carleton Manor especially her dining room
ladies!
Service for Lucille will be held at The

noon. Interment will be held in the Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a memorial of the
donor’s choice.
