Obituary of Linda Shakotko
Linda Faye Shakotko passed away at the Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, Saskatchewan on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at the age of 73 years.
Linda is survived by: her husband, Len; her two sons, Bill (Maria Kokonas) Shakotko and Curtis (Jamie) Shakotko; her daughter, Audra (Jason) Weinkauf; her five granddaughters, Kelcey Weinkauf, Morgan Weinkauf, Jacie Shakotko, Madeline Shakotko and Jenna Shakotko; her three sisters, Hazel Loewen, Irene Johnson and Shirley Heslop; her two brothers, Earl McPeek and George McPeek.
Linda was predeceased by: her parents, James and Dora McPeek; her sister, Evelyn Manske; her brother, Bud McPeek; and her sister, Ruth O’Neill.
The Memorial Service in memory of Linda will be held at McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, a one-time scholarship fund is set up, in Linda’s memory, through the Border City Farmers Market.
