Lila Marie Cameron
1935-2018
Lila M. Cameron of Upper Woodstock and formerly of Hainesville, NB,
passed away on December 13, 2018 at the Upper River Valley Hospital.
She was born in 1935, a daughter of the late Scott and Annie (Jones)
Wallace.
Lila was a 35 year member of the RCL Millville Branch. She was the
mother of over 500 dolls and was employed at Kings Landing Historical
Settlement for 18 years.
She is survived by her best friend, Bert Crain; her children, Marilyn
Heatherington, Fredericton, NB, Michael Marr and Patrick Marr, both of
Millville, NB and Robert Marr (Patricia), Nortondale, NB; 8
grandchildren, Scott, David, Michael, Jamie, Darrell, Amy, Jennifer
and Robbie; several great grandchildren; Bert’s children, Derrick
Crain (Sandra), Katrina Landry (Al) and Scott Crain; sisters, Evelyn
Price, Ontario, Susan Grant (Tommy), Woodstock, NB and Ann Morgan
(Eric), Burtts Corner, NB; a special sister-in-law, Janet Marr;
sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law in the Crain family; several
nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Lila was predeceased by a son, Barry Marr;
a brother, Edward Wallace; her first husband, Gerald Marr and her
second husband, Murdo Cameron.
Honoring Lila’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral
service. A gathering will be held at a later date.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Lila, the family
has suggested the RCL Millville Branch # 59.
