BORUTSKI, LEO JOSEPH
Unexpectedly at home on Monday, June 4, 2018, Leo Borutski, of Smiths Falls at the age of 40. Loving husband and partner of Erica Dittburner. Proud father of Lucas. Beloved son of Judy and David Borutski. Adored grandson of Wilburn and Jean Cowan and Bernadette and late Angus Borutski. Dear brother of Sharon, Steven (Sara) and Tim. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank St. (between Scrivens Dr. and Metcalfe Corner) from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Sunday. Funeral Monday to St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 5462 Osgoode Main St. at 11 am. If desired memorial donations made to DIFD, at The Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health 1145 Carling Avenue Ottawa, Ontario K1Z 7K4 would be appreciated.
