Laudia LeBlanc
1936-2018
Laudia LeBlanc, 81, of Manoir St-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and
formerly of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, passed away peacefully, surrounded
by her family at the Manoir St-Jean Baptiste on Thursday March 15,
2018. She was married to the late Alcide LeBlanc (2001). Born in
Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late William and the late
Régina (Bastarache) LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her two children; Denise-Anne Caissie
(Daniel) of Cocagne and Ronald of Moncton as well as one grandson
Mario. She also leaves to mourn three sisters; Marie Allain,
Délia Maillet both of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Sr Géraldine
LeBlanc of Dieppe and one brother Joseph (Irma) of
Saint-Joseph-de-Kent as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one son Laurie (2011), two sisters;
Geneviève and Ida and six brothers; Ovila, Léo, Edouard,
Maxime, Gerard and Noel.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’église, Bouctouche on Friday March 16, 2018 from 7 to 9
and on Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated
at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Church, Bouctouche on Saturday March 17, at
11:00 am with interment in the Sainte-Marie-de-Kent parish cemetery in
the spring.
In Laudia’s memory, donations may be made to the Manoir St-Jean
Baptiste or to the Sainte-Marie-de-Kent parish fund.
