Obituary of Larry Rightmyer
RIGHTMYER: Larry Arthur (Retired 35 year employee of Canadian General Electric)
At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 72, with his wife and daughter by his side, on Monday, January 29th, 2018. Larry, dearly beloved husband of Ann (nee: McIvor), and loving father of Tania (Craig Jones). Proud Papa of Taylor and Kennedy Daly, ( Former father-in-law of John Daly). Dear brother of Ann (Bob) Whitney and Grant (Gretta), and brother-in-law of Barrie (Helen) McIvor. Larry will be sadly missed by his dear friends Roger and Joyce Doughty. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Florence (nee: Lasenby). Larry was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed many sunsets at his beloved cottage on Chandos Lake. A Memorial Reception to celebrate Larry’s life will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Rd. on Friday, February 2nd , 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, donations to the PRHC Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated or charity of one’s choice.
