Obituary for
Korey Becker
BECKER- Mr. Korey Becker, age 23 years, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 12, 2018. Korey was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario on December 14, 1994, the son of Jeremy Becker and Debbie Charron Dillon. He graduated from La Verendrye High School and worked in the family business, Enterprise Forestry, in a job that he truly enjoyed. Korey loved nature, whether it was fishing, cutting down trees or building cabins in the woods. A young man of many talents he could fix just about anything and he lived by his own rules. Korey was an old soul who was everybody’s friend. He took something from all of those that he loved to mold him into the man that he became. He will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his parents Debbie (Rodrigue) and Jeremy (Tasha), siblings: Kody, Kasey, Kristopher, Kristian, Karl, Giovanni, Faith, Eyla and Chainz; grandparents Maurice, Christine, Sandy and Terry, his favorite niece Aubrey Rose as well as by great grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Lise and Brian. Visitation for friends will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. with words of tribute being offered at 3:30 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street. As expressions of sympathy memorials to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated. On-line condolences may be made at www.sargentandson.com.
