1943-2018
The death of Kevin Murchie McInnis of Carlow occurred on Monday,
December 17, 2018 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville.
Kevin was born in Johnville on October 30, 1943, son of the late
Murchie and Thecla (Gallagher) McInnis. He was also predeceased by his
sister (Joyce McQuade (Floyd); nephew, Troy; niece, Sandra.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; sister Charlene Schriver
(Ron) and their family; brother, Hazen McInnis (Sheila) and their
family.
After leaving Bath High School he joined the Royal Canadian Air Force
as a Communications Technician. He later graduated from Maritime
College of Forest Technicians and worked for the Federal Department of
Fisheries and Oceans. He later retired from Canada Customs and Excise.
Kevin had a true love for the outdoor, camping and canoeing. He
maintained he had a small piece of “Heaven” while perusing
his wood land.
Kevin’s family will received visitors at L.R. Giberson Funeral
Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Friday, December
28, 2018 from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held at a later date.
