OBITUARY
Kenneth K.C. Foong
9 June , 1944 – 21 May , 2018
Passed away peacefully at the Foothills Hospital on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the age of 74 years. Kenneth Foong was born in Malaysia on January 9, 1944 to Dorothy Lang. He had two brothers and two sisters, Doug, Cathy, John, and Donna. Kenneth will rest peacefully beside his mother Dorothy Lang, and close to his brothers. He is also predeceased by his sister Cathy.
Kenneth was primarily a pharmacist and a business man, graduating from the University of Alberta. He was married three times, to Anita Foong, Cheryl Lee, and Daisy Yan. He had a passion for golf, travel, and investing in stocks.
Besides his loving wife, Daisy, Kenneth is survived by his daughter Angie; his sons Kandrix Foong, Jeffrey Wu, and Kenji Lee; his grandson Noah Foong; as well as his sister Donna.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Prayer Vigil held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 400 Edmonton Trail NE, on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4th Street NW, Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery), on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with Father Michael Storey officiating. A reception will follow the service.
