Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 75 with her loving family by her side. Cherished wife of her dearest Chuck “Chuckie” Fox for over 48 years. Devoted mother of Jennifer Cote (Larry) and Colleen Fox. Proud Grandma to the only apple of her eye, Cole Garrod. Predeceased by her parents James and Gladys Pender, her sisters Jeanne McMahon (Justice Joseph P.), Madelyn Morneau (Joe) and brother Raymond Pender (Evelyn). She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, as well as her extended family and friends. Julie worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at the Medical Laboratories of Windsor for over 30 years. She loved to sew, knit, crochet and lace make. She will continue to cheer on her Detroit Tigers, alongside Joe with a diet coke in hand. Special Thanks to paramedics Jeff and Meghan for all their efforts and to Dr. Marguerite Chevalier for her compassionate and continued care. If you so desire donations to the Windsor Regional Hospital – NICU would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Friday from 3-5 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Parish prayers 4:30 p.m. On Saturday you are invited to join the family from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church (1400 Cabana Rd. W.) Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
