Sadie Joyce O’Connell ( nee Sibley)
Born Dec. 18 1936 in North Sydney N.S., Joyce passed away quietly on September 22, 2018 at Brockville Hospital, Garden street site Palliative care. Survived by her beloved husband of 61 yrs Herman, children Tony O’Connell (Ellen), Gary O’Connell (Jennifer) , Wayne O’Connell , grand children Jessee Schaefer, Melissa Schaefer, Terry O’Connell, Jorja O’Connell and Gabriella O’Connell and by 7 great- grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Irene and George Sibley and her daughter Hope O’Connell.
At the request of Joyce, a private family interment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. Donations can be made in Joyce’s memory to Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care. Arrangements entrusted to he Irvine Memorial Chapel, Maitland.
