Obituary of Joseph Vrban
Vrban, Joseph – On November 27th in his 94th year Joseph Vrban passed peacefully into that gentle night. He was a loyal husband to Martina for 66 years. The family foundation created by our parents, his children, Tressa (Paul), Martina and Joe (Shelley), and grandchildren, Katherine, Alex and Nic were his greatest gifts. He loved us all.
Dad was a man of integrity, he was trusted and respected. He was a modest man, taught us that hard work resulted in success and encouraged our interests. Dad lived by the rules he taught us. He was full of goodness and love and gave more than he received. He never gave up and he never let you down.
Dad was enthusiastic about everything he did including trending his fruit farm to perfection. He also loved music, singing, and dancing. He appreciated the beauty of nature. He cherished his heritage and extended family in Slovenia, the camaraderie of his co-workers at the foundry and many friends.
Visitation at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St., Vineland on Sunday, December 2nd from 2-4pm and 6-7:30pm. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St Helen Church, 4106 Mountain St, Beamsville, on Monday, December 3rd at 12pm. Please gather at the church. Reception to follow at Lipa Park 2850 Oille Street, Pelham, ON L2M 7W7.
