John Kostiuk, long time resident of Hay River (NWT) and Deadwood (AB) passed away peacefully in Peace River (AB), on September 15, 2018. He was 82. He was born on November 20, 1935 at North Star (AB), to Serafem and Olga Kostiuk.
John leaves to mourn his love Carmen; his children Sheila (Bill) Francis of St. Paul (AB), Brenda (Greg) Vanriper of Airdrie (AB), John Lee of Paradise Valley (AB); Alex (Jessica) Pinto of Hay River (NWT), Carmen (Nathan) Uva of Lamont (AB), Lisa (George) Kamdar of Vancouver (BC).
A Celebration of John’s Life will take place at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home in Peace River, Alberta (9813-101 Street) on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
