OBITUARY
John Albert Renouf
September 8, 1944 – December 16, 2018
John Renouf passed away peacefully under the care of the palliative team at the VG early Sunday morning. Born September 8, 1944 in Halifax, John is survived by his daughter, Kelly (Jason), son, Jamie, grandchildren, Smith and Sloane, partner, Jane, sisters Barbara and Elizabeth, and brother, Charlie.
With true entrepreneurial spirit, John endeavoured to engage in avariety of ventures including a window blind factory, a video store, a Hickory Farms franchise, and even brought Halifax its first double-decker bus. John finally retired in 2017 from his commercial real estate and business-brokering company but continued to try his hand at the multi-family rental market.
