Obituary of Joe Walker
At Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Sunday, December 30, 2018, Joe Walker of Bluevale, at the age of 93.
Loving husband of Eileen (Henning) Walker of Bluevale. Cherished father Darryl Walker of Hanover, Marie Walker of Wingham, Kathy Skinn of Wingham, Sheila Walker of New Hamburg and Kevin & JoAnn Walker of Rothsay. Loving grandpa of Brian, Kelly, David, Kristi, Nancy, Sean, Adam, Alanda, Mitchell, Nicole and Kelsey and great-grandpa of Harlen and Maverick Joseph. Dear brother of Emma & Clarence Henning and Edna MacTavish. Joe will be lovingly remembered by Linda Walker of Belmore and Ken Skinn of Wingham as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Predeceased by parents Thomas & Janet (Wheeler) Walker, son Carmen Walker, brothers Bill and Lloyd Walker and sisters Pearl Wright and Helen Gray
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Tuesday, January 1st from 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday, January 2nd at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place in the spring at Wingham Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Wingham & District Hospital Foundation, M.S. Society or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
