Jeremy was a kind, gentle, caring, loving soul and he will be truly and dearly missed.
He was one of my sons first friends when at the age of 5 we moved to Owen Sound. As they grew from child to young teens there was never a dull moment when Jeremy and Chris Cardinal were together.
A particularly fun memory I have was when they were 15. There was a party at Jeremy’s house that Chris stayed overnight at. Long story short, Chris came home with only one eyebrow. Haha.
Seeing Jeremy over his adult years was always a happy experience for me. The amazing hugs we would give each other, and seeing his beautiful smile always warmed my heart. Getting caught up in our lives and talking about old times will forever be etched in my memory. He was one proud Daddy.
Jeremy’s difficulties were his to bear, but I know if he was able, and a family member or a friend was in need, he would there in a heartbeat. Now his heart has stopped beating and no more will I see his handsome face, I reflect about how I can be a better person and in so doing, honour his life. Heaven has gained one hell of an Angel.
To the Family of Jeremy,
When tears of sadness come, may you find solice in remembering the beautiful rose he was.
Judy Ross (Cardinal)
Mike and I are thinking of you all at this difficult time,,,,,
