Jeffrey passed away suddenly in Kingston hospital on Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 at the age of 50 years. He will be dearly missed by his parents Glenn and Alice (McNamee) Kellar, sister Denise Kellar (Dan Hannah) niece Jessie Kellar-Hannah and nephew Justin Hall. Jeffrey will be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeff loved animals and music of all types and spent most of his days playing his guitar. He had a great sense of humour and a big heart. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Thursday May 10th, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:30 P.M. with a sharing of memories at 8:30 P.M. For those wishing, memorial donations in memory of Jeffrey, to the Lanark County Addictions and Mental Health or Lanark Animal Welfare Society would be appreciated.
