July 10, 1974 – November 14, 2018
With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jeff on Wednesday Nov. 14th, 2018 at the age of 44.
He will be profoundly missed by his loving wife Sylvia and his precious son Tyus, his mom Theresa Farrar, brother Jason Storey, stepbrother Trevor (Trina) Farrar.
Predeceased by his Dad, Paul Storey and stepdad Brian Farrar.
He will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday November 27, 2018 at 2:00pm at Park Place Funeral Home, with Reverend Hugh MacGregor officiating.
Cremation has taken place, and another service will be held in Kingston, Ontario on a later date.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
