The unexpected death of Jeannine Myers occurred on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton AB. Born on December 2, 1950 to Noella (LeBlanc) and the late Leandre Cormier of Saint John NB. Jeannine will be sadly missed by her family, grandchildren and friends.
Jeannine grew up in Saint John NB and graduated from Vocational High School in 1968. In her younger years, Jeannine could always be found with her guitar singing, lighting up a room and was always the life and soul of the party. She worked in the banking industry until she started a family and developed a passion for history, genealogy and research. She has worked with Jackson Laboratories, Indigenous Lands, Treaties, and many Historical Groups, providing extensive historical and genealogical information. She was passionate about helping others, be it personally or for a larger cause. Jeannine had a very large circle of friends across the country, which she spoke very highly of, and connected with on a daily basis. She will be sadly missed by family and friends near and far.
