It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful death of Jeannine Leahy at the Grace Manor, Ottawa on October 4, 2018 at the age of 80. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry Leahy. Dear mother of Annette Leahy-Kearney (Michel), Andrew Leahy, Gerry Leahy and the late Francine Leahy. Sister of Hélène Savard and Carole Derraugh. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. on Thursday, October 11 from 1:00pm until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2:00. The family wishes to thank the doctor, nurses and staff at the Grace Manor for their devoted care, while she was a resident there. For those who wish, contributions in her memory may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
