Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce Janice’s passing on February 9th after a tiring battle with Parkinson’s. Janice was born in Springhill, Nova Scotia to George and Alice McLellan. She was predeceased by her parents and by Robert Allaby, her second husband. Janice was much loved by her daughter Heather Austin and son-in-law Greg Skaret. She will be greatly missed by her treasured granddaughter Jill.
Having lived in Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and New Brunswick she leaves a scattering of family and friends who mourn her passing notwithstanding that the complications of her illness made staying in touch difficult.
Interment services will be arranged in Nova Scotia in summer.
