Obituary Overview
In loving memory
James Demoe, known to family and friends as “Jimmy” succumbed to cancer on August 28, 2018 surrounded by his family and in the comfort of Ian Anderson House Hospice. Jimmy is lovingly remembered by his wife Helen (nee Hayes), and their children Tom, Michele (Mark), Keith, Monique and Rejean (Isabelle), ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Jimmy graduated as an Electrician from George Brown College and at a very early age became an electrical supervisor for the Canadian National Exhibition. Later in his career he supervised and managed multi-million dollar projects in the industrial field later becoming a Master Electrician.
Throughout his life he enjoyed being a Boy Scout leader, playing tennis and golf with family and friends and being involved in landscaping and home improvement projects. He provided laughter, love and support as a husband, father, grandfather and friend.
