On Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at his residence in Matlock, MB, Jim Stalker, aged 65 years, beloved husband of Shirley, passed away.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, February 26, 2018 in the Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church, Winnipeg Beach, MB, at 11:00 a.m.

  1. So sorry to read of Jim’s passing. My deepest sympathies to Shirley and his family. Jim was a joy to work with, he would always bring a calm and professional approach to all matters that he confronted on behalf of the Division. I especially enjoyed the stories we shared in Bill Hook’s office with Jim and others during good, bad and happy times over the years. Thanks for memories Jim!
