James (Jim) Richard Moorhead
1935-2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James (Jim)
Richard Moorhead. Beloved husband of the late Janet Garrow Moorhead on
Saturday August 25, 2018.
Born in Kapuskasing, Ontario on October 18, 1935. He was the son of
the late Charles and Ada (Bland) Moorhead.
Jim is survived by his two daughters Charlene McTaggart (Norm) and
Darlene Moorhead, Minto, NB. His two grandchildren Todd Jennings and
Victoria Reid. Sisters Marion Johnson (Alve), Mona and the late Norman
Reekie.
Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
In addition to his Wife and Parents Jim was predeceased by his sister
Mavis Shaw.
The family would like to thank the staff at W.G. Bishop Nursing Home
for their kind and caring attention to our Dad.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday August 29, 2018 at 11:00,
Burtts Corner Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson’s
Society.
