James ”Jim” Michael Lupton
November 26, 1960 – August 2, 2018
LUPTON, James “Jim” Michael – Age 57 passed away August 2, 2018 in Wilmot, NS. Born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, he was a son of the late Thomas and Doris (Martens) Lupton and step mom, Constance. Jim spent many years employed as a meat cutter for O.H. Armstrong Ltd., Kingston. He was fondly known as “Junk Yard Jim” as he loved working on old cars, especially his old 1969 Chevelle. Jim will be sadly missed by his daughter, Mary Lupton, Middleton, sons, Ryan and Alex Lupton, both of Dartmouth and their mother Judy of Kingston, brothers, Ron Lupton, Saskatchewan, Richard “Rick” (Jody) Lupton, Bear River, sister Ann Marie (Brian) Balcom, Middleton, brothers, John O’Rourke, Nictaux, Michael (Cheryl) O’Rourke, Riverview, NB, grandchildren, Zachery, Theodore , and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and step mother. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Thursday, August 9, 2018 in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 with Rev. Leon Langille officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, New Albany. Donations in Jim’s memory can be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
