Obituary for James “Jim” Kinnaird
KINNAIRD, James “Jim” A. – Passed away suddenly on Wednesday December 12, 2018 in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Janet B. (nee Furtney) Kinnaird for over 41 years. Dear father to Andrea (Brent) Jones, Steph (Joe) Haacke and Brad Kinnaird. Loving grandfather of Preston, Danica and Devin. Loved son of Betty Kinnaird and the late Lloyd Kinnaird (Dec. 9, 2018). Jim is also survived by his extended family and many friends. Predeceased by his sister Barb (Martin) McAllister and by his “best friend” Abbey. Jim was a very active farmer in the Hickson area his entire life. He also drove “Big” trucks for over 35 years. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for a celebration of Jim’s life at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday January 12, 2019 from 2-4 pm. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Hickson Fire Department, Hickson Lions Club, Sakura House or the local 4H Club would be appreciated and cheques are welcome to be left with the funeral home.
