James Edward Paquette Longview May 26 1945 May 25 2018

Paquette, James Edwards
1945 – 2018
It is with profound sadness that the James Paquette family announces his passing on Friday, the 25th day of May, 2018 at the Oilfields Hospital in Black Diamond, Alberta with his family at his side. James found peace after a lengthy battle with cancer, at the end it was simply too much for him to bear. James is survived by his loving partner of 16 years Alice Boggs, his daughter Georgina Kobsar, his sisters Linda (Fred) Crosswhite, Carol Andrews as… well as numerous nieces and nephews, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. James will be missed by all his fiends, but especially so by Murray and Gail Larosie and Neil and Georgie Gallup. James was predeceased by his son Wilfred Paquette (1995) and his parents Edward and Norma (Fisher) Paquette. James had passion for music and a great love for small animals. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff, nurses and homecare nurses as well as Drs Aerde and Hembroff for their compassionate care for James in his time of need. Donations can be made in memory of James to the Canadian Cancer Society, 200 – 325 Manning Rd NE., Calgary AB.
“No, we don’t fit in with that white collar crowd We’re a little too rowdy, a Little too loud There’s no place that I’d rather be than right here With my rednecks, white socks and blue ribbon beer”
