The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of the Regina General Hospital MICU and the emergency room staff for the care and compassion they showed to my daughter Jade and the immediate family during this difficult time. A special thanks to the Carmicheal Outreach services for such a beautiful floral arrangement and the kindness they gave her helping her get back on her feet.
Growing up Jade just had a way about her that drew people to her. She was kind, compassionate and had the biggest heart. She had a sweet laugh, loved children, animals and her children.
Jade is now at peace, she will be deeply missed by all. We will always cherish the good memories and the times we spent together.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Jade
