MCNEIL, Jackie Vincent
Age 67, of Middle Sackville passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in the QEII V.G. Site with his loving family by his side. Jackie was a son of the late Daniel and Christina McNeil. He met the love of his life, Gail in 1970 and they raised three beautiful children together in Middle Sackville. Jackie provided for his family by driving trucks which was something he loved to do, he could get behind the wheel of anything. Later he was employed with Consolidated Fastfrate as a Dock Foreman. He enjoyed camping with his family and looked forward to the holidays when everyone would get together. He loved and lived for his family and he will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Gail; loving children, Tammy (Thomas Hurshman), Brian (Corinne Smith) and Lacey (Corey MacKenzie); cherished grandchildren, Branden, Emily, Rebecca, Jacob, Johnathan and Holden; dear brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and his best friend Bo. Predeceased by his brother, Daniel. A special thank you to all the doctors and nurses from 5A Palliative Care and Northwood Homecare staff for all of their compassion and care. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 4 at 2 p.m. in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive, followed by a small reception.
