1931-2018
The family is saddened to announce the passing of Mary
(Jackie) Cornford of Noonan, NB on October 25, 2018.
Born in December, 1931, she was the daughter of the late
Maurice and Marion (Whitlock) Morton. She is survived by her daughters
Lynn (John) Jewett, Debbie (Danny) Yeomans, Harmony (Rick) Hull,
brothers Gerald (Christina) Morton, Keith (Carol) Morton, and Ted
(Shirley) Morton, sister Marlene Dunnett, sister in law Jerry
Cornford, grandchildren Sarah (Dave) Hull, Jennifer (Zack) Lamey,
Melissa Jewett, and several nieces, nephews and extended
family.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held
on Friday, November 2, 2018, at 11:00 am at McAdams Funeral Home, with
Reverend Paul Thompson officiating, with a reception to follow. In
lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie’s name can be made to
Pine Grove Nursing Home, or the Fredericton Area SPCA.
