Passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on February 4, 2018.

Born and raised in Ottawa, in his 82nd year.
Beloved husband of Lorna (nee Hagen) for 45 years. Fondly remembered by his children Lindsay MacKeen (Jay), Alistair Donaghy (Chantale), and the late Shannon. Proud “Grandpa” to Caden, Connor, Ella, and Vienna. Donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Almonte Civitan Club.

For a Gathering on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 12 noon to 1pm. A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held the same day at 1pm in the Gamble Chapel. Reception to follow at the Irish Hills Golf and Country Club (3248 Carp Rd.) from 2:30pm and into the evening hours.
