Obituary for Jack Andrew McClelland
It is with sincere sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jack McClelland at his home. He was born in Treherne, Manitoba, and passed away in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 70 years.
Loving family members left to cherish his memories are his wife of 46 years, Diana; daughters, Jodie (Dennis) Abernethy and Daisy (Shane) Dubitz; son, Cory (Kim) McClelland; and five grandchildren, Kierstin and Ryle Dubitz, Elandriel and Cheyquin Abernethy, and Beckett McClelland. Jack was predeceased by his parents, George and Elsie; brother, Gordon; and many other family members and friends.
The family would like to thank his doctors, the 911 Emergency Services staff, family and friends for their care and kindness.
Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 4 at 3:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made directly to the University Hospital Foundation, Donor Centre, 1H1.91 WMC, 8440 – 112 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2B7
