Ivor Winston Langford
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our deeply loved Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Friend to many, Ivor Langford of Edmonton – five days past his 74th birthday, on opening day of bird hunting season.
Ivor is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years, Joanne; only daughter, Tosha (Tony Jerebic); grandtwins, Joanne and Nicholas; and mother-in-law, Violet Dary. He will also be forever remembered by his extended family and dear friends. Predeceased by his parents, John and Lila Langford; brother, Jack Langford; nephew, Victor Langford; as well as his father-in-law, George Dary.
Special thank you to his two favorite Doctors – Dr. George Lo and Dr. Michael Kolinsky.
Funeral Service Friday, September 7 at 9:30 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Right Reverend Stephan Semotiuk officiating with interment in St. Mary the Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Church Cemetery of Borowtzi (Borowich), Willingdon. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
