Obituary for Iris Paterson
It is with great sadness that the family of Iris Paterson announce her passing on December 22, 2017 at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
Iris was born August 27, 1932 in London, England to the late Charles and Katherine Mussard.
Iris and her family immigrated to Canada in 1976 where they settled in Sackville. In late 2000 Iris and her husband Edward moved to Bridgewater to enjoy their retirement years.
Iris is survived by her husband of 61 years, Edward, her son Michael (Suzanne) and her grandchildren Dylan and Jamie.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg. A memorial service celebrating the lives of Iris and her husband, Edward who passed away, January 7, 2018 will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2018 at at the Bridgewater Baptist Church, Pastor Paula Davidson, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Bridgewater Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
