Peacefully at the Fairmount Home, with her great granddaughter by her side, on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Earl for 70 years. Predeceased by her daughter Sheila. Nanny will be sadly missed by her granddaughter Tracy Day (Junior), great granddaughters Beckie (Jeff), Raechel (Javier), great great grandchildren Kurtis, Ahnalia, Logan, Lucas and Andreti. Dearly remembered by her sister Annie Morrison, sister-in-laws Margaret Traynor, Evelyn Gilbert, Geraldine Hodgson, and Kay Wallace, as well as many other family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Oliver and Alma Marks and her other 5 siblings. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018, 11:30am at the SYDENHAM CEMETERY. In lieu of flowers donations to the Fairmount Home in memory of Irene would be greatly appreciated.
