Obituary for Ida Maude Ruth Mitchell (Milligan)
MITCHELL, IDA MAUDE RUTH (nee MILLIGAN) – Passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, January 20th, 2018. Ruth Mitchell of Belleville, in her 94th year. Daughter of the late Ewart & Ada Milligan (nee Alyea) and beloved wife of the late Earl. Loving mother of Elaine (Ron), Guy, Bevan (Judy) and Nick. Dearest grandmother of Yvonne, Trevor (Katie) Wallace; Adam, Matthew, Christin (Ryan), Joshua (Chelsey) Mitchell; Ben and Jesse (Sonya) Mitchell. Ever remembered by her 14 great-grandchildren: Pheonix, Seth, Cole, Chloe, Evan, Brooklynn, Talon, Nicholas, Anna, Memphis, Alexis, Lillianna, Lincoln and Miles. Predeceased by her sisters Doris Peck, Hazel Hoard and her brother Harold Milligan. Survived by her sister-in-law Helen Milligan. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Mitchell is resting at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588) for visitation on Tuesday, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 at 2 p.m. from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 135 Palmer Road, Belleville with visitation from 12:30 pm until service time at the church.
