Howard Stanley Peacock
Howard Stanley Peacock, resident of Rycroft, formerly of Spirit River, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018, in Spirit River, at the age of 59 years.
Howard was born in Spirit River, AB on March 31, 1959. He was raised and went to school in Spirit River. He helped on the farm. The last 5 years, he worked at Cargill in Rycroft.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Sheana Verquin; step-daughter Ciara Verquin; siblings: Marge Lewiki (Rob Aubin), Bob Peacock (Heather), Beth Gunderson (Melvin), Sheila Fortin (Yvon), Connie Dunn (Ben); and Lorna Wood (Scott); mom Melba Peacock; numerous nieces and nephews as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Arnold Peacock and nephew Mark Fortin.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at 1:00pm, at Spirit of Peace United Church in Spirit River (4902 45 Ave.).
Memorial donations may be made to Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta (12001 44 St. SE, Calgary, AB, T2Z 4G9) or to Grande Prairie Cancer Centre (C/O Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation) (10409 98 St., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 2E8).
