Obituary Overview
KREKOSKI, Honoria (Nora)
KREKOSKI, Honoria (Nora)
December 31, 1931 – June 14, 2018
Passed away, aged 87 peacefully after a valiant fight with a heart valve infection. She will be lovingly missed by her six children, Cecelia (Nevin), Randall (Debbie), Perry (S/O Susan), Craig, Renetta and David (Consuelo) and their families, 10 grandchildren and 21 great grand children. She was predeceased by her husband Oscar, 2 brothers, Alan and Sigmund and 3 sisters, Pauline, Alice and Victoria. She leaves behind two sisters, Emily, Agnes and one sister-in-law, Ella. Mom was never the same after she lost Oscar, the two were always so connected, it seems fitting that she chose to leave this world a few days before father’s
day. Two brilliant rainbows were seen side-by-side the night of Mom’s passing, a true sign that she was with Dad again and he was there to take her home. The family would like to thank the staff at the Misericodia Hospital and the staff at Lifestyle Options Terra Losa for their exceptional care and
compassion during this difficult time.
Family and Friends and invited to Cece and Nevin’s home on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 1 p.m. for those that wish to join the immediate family in grieving. Stories of the good old days are expected to be shared. A private family interment will be held at Westlawn Cemetery. In memory of Honoria, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Mom,
Now your journey on earth comes to an end
You leave many hearts behind to mend
We know you’re safe and riding high
So makes it easier to say goodbye
In you the extra strength we find
For all those you left behind
Your name we will speak with a smile
And hope the load lightens in awhile
For now you are in our hearts forever
And we will forget you never
From us and our generation, our love will never cease
We love you Mom, rest in peace.
Forever remembered, forever loved.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Honoria Nora Krekoski 2018.source
