Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family and friends at Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Friday, June 8, 2018, Henry ‘Harry’ Hunt of Riverhead, Hr. Grace, age 74 years. Predeceased by infant son: Harry; parents: Harry and Agnes; parents-in-law: John and Bride Littlejohn; brothers-in-law: Cal Gilbert and Gerald Cain; niece: Debbie London; great-niece: Katie Youngberg. Leaving to mourn, wife: Alice; two daughters: Joan (Billy) Short and Darlene (John) Burke, both of Riverhead, Hr. Grace; two sons: Kenneth (Bev), Riverhead, Hr. Grace and Derek (Annette) Cook, Calgary, AB; six grandchildren: Alice (Lee), Benjamin, Makenna, Braden, Olivia, and Addison; two great-grandchildren: Zoe and Gabriel; one brother: Bernie (Sharon), Torbay; four sisters: Eileen (Randy) Crocker, Paradise, Joan Gilbert, Carbonear, Betty Cain, Riverhead, Hr. Grace, and Madonna (John) Kavanagh, Conception Bay South; special brothers-in-law: John (Geraldine) Littlejohn, Hr. Grace and Francis (Rose) Littlejohn, St. John’s; cousin: Marie Arnold, Ottawa, ON; also a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Sunday, 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Tuesday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, June 12 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. As an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 299, Hr.
