Henrica Wetering (Rovers)
At the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 4, 2018. Henrica Wetering (nee Rovers) of Lancaster, is now reunited with her beloved husband Anthony on the 69th anniversary of their wedding day. Loving mother of Frank (Diane Faubert) of Alexandria, Rita (Conrad Menard) of Alexandria, Audrey (late Francois Viau) of Lancaster, and Henri (Colleen Cameron) of Pickering. She will be sadly missed by 8 grandchildren, Marc, Louise, Randy, Melanie, Patrick, Kelsey, Kyle, Brendan, and by 7 great grandchildren, James, Danika, Mia, Alice, Ava, Matthew, and Logan. Predeceased by son in law Billie Gebbie, grandchild Jeffrey Gebbie, brothers Herman and John Rovers, and by sisters Martina van de Laar, Catharina van den Biggelaar and Theodora Rovers. Dear daughter of the late Hendricus and Francina Rovers (nee van Gerwen). She will be fondly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Her spirit will live within us forever. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St. Lancaster (613-347-3629) on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Lancaster on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Hopital Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Henrica a tree will be planted.
