BROWN, Helen (nee Voth) – promoted to the loving arms of her Lord and Saviour at the Cedarwood Village Nursing Home, Simcoe on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 in her 90th year. Cherished wife of the late Jack Brown (1998). Helen will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Velda Johnston (late Harold) of Simcoe, Lydia Reimer (Jake) of Port Rowan and Jessie Tyrrell (late Tom) of Ridgeway. Helen will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Aaron “Butch” Doerksen of Simcoe; by several nieces and nephews; and by her special friends Manuel & Mercedes Pereira & family. Predeceased by her siblings Mary Doerksen, Alice Smith (late Jim), Ed Voth and by her brother-in-law Victor Petker. Friends are invited to share their memories of Helen with her family at the GRACE BAPTIST CHURCH, 735 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, February 9th, 2018 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Helen’s home going service will follow in the church sanctuary at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mike Holt officiating. Interment: Johnson Cemetery, St. Williams at 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to donate in memory of Helen are asked to consider Grace Baptist Church, Trans World Radio or the Gideon Bible Society.
