Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the presence of his loving family, Harold George Butler of Brigus, aged 71 years.
Predeceased by his parents, William & Doris Butler, parents-in-law, Thomas & Emma Spracklin.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Glenys of 53 years, sons, Glen (Jackie), Ross (Denise) and his grandson Andrew who he adored, brothers, Charles (Shirley), Frank (Diane), Fred (Sue) and Ira (Norma), brother-in-law, John Moore (Helen), sisters-in-law, Hilda Rosko (USA), Mary Lou Norris (CBS) and Maud Stevens (St. John’s), Also a large number of nephews and Nieces who were special to him and many friends who held a special place in his heart.
Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus.
Visitation to take place on Saturday, Dec 29, 2018 from 11 A.M.- 9 P.M., Sunday, Dec 30, 2018 from 10 A.M.- 9 P.M.
Funeral to take place on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. from the Cupids United Church with interment to follow in the Cupids United Church Cemetery.
