At Whisperwood Villa, Charlottetown on Tuesday, Aug 7, 2017 of Graeme
Wyatt Boswall, age 93 years.
Beloved husband of the late Alberta Bryant Boswall. Dear father of
Anne Louise Boswall (Peter Lepine). Lovingly remembered by the
Boswall, Davis and Bryant families.
Graeme was a graduate of Prince of Wales College (Charlottetown), BSc
Acadia University (Wolfville), MSc and PhD McGill University
(Montreal). He began his career at the Experimental Farm in
Charlottetown, then spent over 27 years as a Research Scientist with
Imperial Tobacco. Graeme retired to Lake Memphremagog and Sarasota,
Florida and returned home to Prince Edward Island in 2009. He enjoyed
curling, Rotary Club and church activities, and always loved to
putter. He’ll be remembered as a gentle, caring and intelligent
man.
Predeceased by his son Donald, sister Robertena, brother George (Laura
Johnston) and parents George Lauderdale and Mathilda (Wyatt) Boswall.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, Charlottetown for visitation
Thursday 4-7 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St.
Peter’s Cathedral, Charlottetown on Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Interment in St. Peter’s Cathedral Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Family flowers only.
Memorial donations may be made to the UPEI Alberta and Graeme Boswall
Scholarship or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
