Gladys Spedding
15 April , 1927 – 3 October , 2018
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend, Gladys Spedding went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in Mayerthorpe, AB, at the age of 91 years. Gladys is survived by daughter Glenda Collin; sons-in-law Bill Collin and Jim Chemelli; grandchildren Carrie Davis, Dave Collin, Tricia Collin, Jeff Collin, Sheila Stafford and Jennifer Magnus. She is also lovingly remembered by her 19 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren and sisters Dena, Doris and Kathryn. Gladys is predeceased by her husband Jeff in 1959; son Nelson Spedding and daughter Sharon Chemelli.
A Funeral Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4th Street NW, Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery), on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., with burial at Mountain View Memorial Gardens to follow.
