It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gladys “Babe” Lacroix announce her peaceful passing surrounded by family on Monday, October 22, 2018, one day short of her 87th birthday.
Gladys will be remembered forever by her family, 5 children, Paul (Margaret), Anne (Réal), Rose (Darrell), David (Kris), and Michael (Marnee); 11 grandchildren, Stephen, Angela (Rob), Nicole, Michelle (Calvin), Kevin, Shea, William, Autumn, Raymond, Craig, and Erik; four great-grandchildren, Preslie, Henry, Caprie, and Audrey; siblings, Phyllis, Bruce (Mary), and Marjorie; as well as numerous extended family and many dear friends.
Gladys was predeceased by her husband, Donald; grandson, Marc; parents, Michael and Anna; and two brothers, Andrew and Paul.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff at the Rosedale Seniors Living, the Citadel Care Centre, and the Sturgeon General Hospital for their care of Gladys during her time with them.
