Obituary of Gerhard Kornelson
Kornelsen, Gerhard – January 23, 1933 – February 8, 2018 Passed away peacefully with his loving wife, Erna, by his side. Survived by children Kurt (Terry), Edwin (Sarah), Carla Watson (Darrell, deceased), Siegrid Wright (Bill); 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Kaethe Sawatsky (Rudy) and his brother Kornelius Kornelsen (Irma), Germany.
Visitation at St. Catharines United Mennonite Church, 335 Linwell Road, St. Catharines on Monday, February 12 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral will be held at the church on Tuesday, February 13 at 11 am with lunch to follow and internment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Donations can be made to the church or MCC.
