At the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Monday, October 8, 2018, Gerald Jarvis Thompson of Elma, age 71. Loving husband of Catherine Emily Thompson (nee Kerr) for almost 48 years. Loving father of Michael of Cornwall and Gabriel (Carley) of Thunder Bay. Gerald will be fondly remembered by his grandson Fox. Dear brother of Louise Barriage of Kingston. Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Phyllis Thompson (nee Jarvis). Also survived by 3 nieces, 2 grand-nephews and 1 grand- niece.
Funeral Arrangements
A Celebration of Gerald’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Cardinal on Saturday, October 20th from 2-5 p.m. Donations to Winchester Hospital, the Friends of the Crysler Farm Battlefield or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
