Gerald Betts
Gerald Betts of Moncton left us peacefully on Wednesday, December 19th, 2018 at the Moncton Hospital following a brief illness. Born September 22nd, 1936, son of the late Nicholas and Lois (Beck) Betts.
Gerald will be sadly missed by his wife Alida (Collette) Betts, four sons; Gerry of Edmonton, AB, Rick and Scott both of Moncton, NB, Lance (Sandra) of Humbolt, SK, 10 grandchildren as well as several great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Robert and two sisters; Cheryl and Janet as well as several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 29th at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment will also follow in Fair Haven Cemetery.
Remembrances in Gerald’s memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
