George Timothy Tim Ward 1950 2018

Obituary for
George “Tim” Ward
Taken from us suddenly on Thursday May 10th, 2018. Born, August 17th 1950, in Port Hope, Ontario he was in his 68th year. Tim is survived by his best friend and wife of 45 years Julie, children Jeff (Andrea), Brian (Rizie), and Kristy (Stuart) and grandchildren, Ethan, James, Charlotte and Georgia, and his two sisters Cathy Ward-Griffin (Ted) and Sue Wolstenholme (Harry). The enormous pride in his three children was only outmatched by his love for them. He was known for his infectious sense of wonder, positivity and adventure. His kind and generous heart touched every person he met, from his co-workers to his family and friends, and those he met on his many travels around the world. “Be thankful”, Tim always maintained, “and never sweat the small stuff”. Those who wish may pay their respects and celebrate his life on Tuesday, May 15th between 2-5pm at Arlington Dominion Telegraph Event Centre, 97 Grand River St. North, Paris Ontario. The family extend their heartfelt thanks to the Emergency Room Staff at Brantford General Hospital. Donations to the Royal Botanical Gardens Tribute and Memorial Program, or to The Sunshine Foundation greatly ppreciated. www.dennistoll.ca
